AIR FREIGHT

Today’s business world largely involves time-sensitive shipments and projects. That’s why, we at Rainbow Europe GmbH have the facilities available, for worldwide destinations, for freight via scheduled flights for all parcels ranging from small individual units to complete consolidations. Consolidations will be handled by our own local Office/Agent who are fully conversant and equipped to receive, handle, clear through Customs and deliver to final consignees. We can also provide Door to Door shipments.

SEA FREIGHT

Our team can handle Full Container Loads (FCL), Less than Container Load (LCL), Ro-Ro and Break-Bulk Shipments. In addition, we offer Shipping & Forwarding through a network of locally appointed agents for cargo originating in USA, Africa and the Far East, plus any other country worldwide, which includes Door to Door Shipments.

ROAD FREIGHT

Our own transport department is available for collection and deliveries. We utilise a network of reliable subcontractors, including of special vehicles. We also have experience in arranging transportation in UK & Europe through reliable subcontractors to handle other destinations.

Rainbow Europe GmbH is offering cost-effective storage solutions to personal and business requirements under one roof. Because the concept is relatively new in this region, we took painstaking care to consider every immediate need, every potential future requirement and every facility that our clientele would require to make their storage experience with us a happy and satisfied one. Our mission is to give our customers innovative, secure, and convenient storage solutions that meet their respective needs and expectations.

COURIER & E-COMMERCE

We can provide high-end tailormade E-commerce solutions for centralized customs clearance of high volume parcels shipped by consolidators in commission of populair Asian and American webshops. We take care of the necessary importdeclarations for B2C (business to consumers), B2B (business to business) as well fulfilment deliveries (FBA).

We’ll import the manifest from the represented client into our advanced Customs management system.

Our in house engineered web based application belongs to the best of class.

This business intelligence software is very innovative and lightning fast.

We are able to perform the required Customs clearance procedure based on the following 2 available Customs methodologies: AGS and DECO.

CUSTOMS CLEARANCE

  • Import (IM-A) and export (EX-A) documents (AGS),
  • Monthly Customs import declarations (GPA),
  • Transit / NCTS documents (T1) for departure and destination,
  • Fiscal representation (General as well Limited Fiscal Representation),
  • VAT-declarations in The Netherlands for (non) EU registered companies,
  • Advanced Customs clearance of e-commerce shipments for B2C, B2B below € 22,- based on VENUE
  • Customs clearance of FBA (Amazon fulfilment) shipments,
  • Chamber of Commerce Export documents as EUR.1 , certificate of origin and legalisation of invoices,
  • Drawing up provenance and documents such as A.TR, T2L , T2L(F),
  • Intrastat declarations (CBS) in the Netherlands,
  • Mediation of Customs authorisations like Article 23, Dutch VAT#, EORI# and AEO-certificates.

T1 document
A T1 document applies to goods that are produced outside the European Union. In particular goods that are physically located within the European Union and that have not yet been cleared or re-exported. The drafting of a T1 document is mandatory for the transport of these (as yet) unclear goods within the European Union. Rainbow Europe GmbH is fully capable of arranging this document for you. So your goods can be transported without problems or even be carried through within the European Union.
